Therapy through the arts

Brothers of the Street

As part of our #PAFFSolidary program, we've been collaborating with the Hermanos de la Calle Foundation for over three years, offering a weekly acting workshop as part of our approach to arts therapy.

Each week, we provide transportation, support, and occasionally share lunch with the participants. Together, we've created several theatrical showcases, including an unforgettable presentation at the Tower Theater, where they performed alongside local artists. Through this process, one of the participants was featured in a professional short film, and another appeared on stage in a play open to the public, demonstrating that art can open real paths to transformation and inclusion.

The classes are taught by the founding members of PAFF on a fully honorary basis.

La Casita

Currently, through our #PAFFSolidary program, we are running a free weekly acting workshop in collaboration with La Casita Foundation, aimed at women in need.

Classes are held every Thursday and are taught by the founders of PAFF, along with actresses Tina Cottin and Laura Calvo, who with dedication and sensitivity guide this process of personal transformation through art. For three months, participants work on expression, confidence, and emotional empowerment through play, stage, and spoken word. Theater nourishes the soul, and at PAFF, we believe that nourishing the souls of others is also an act of love and community.

We are delighted to share that one of the participants in this workshop was selected to participate in our third edition of "Women Artists," a bold step toward her own artistic voice.
